Put the activated carbon into a nylon stocking and rinse the whole thing briefly with hot water. Then the bag with the activated carbon can be immediately placed in a filter or simply place the bag on top of your filter ZEOvit® in the ZEOvit® filter.
You can see the result, such as a significantly better polyp image, after filtering overnight.
(Caution! Not every charcoal can be used for filtering, many are too aggressive.)

The amount of 1 liter of activated carbon for coral cultivation per 1000 liters of water can be doubled in the event of problems without any disadvantages.
The activated carbon has a working life of 30 days. After exhaustion, the adsorbed pollutant is not released again.
