Sooner or later we all deal with this question in the hobby of seawater aquaristics. So that we can share and read the experience of buying corals with others, you will find the "Reviews" tab in every FarmerShop. Delivered on desired date. First-class packaging, Zoa in a screw-top can, floating and equipped with activated carbon. The can in a bag and the whole thing in a styrofoam box / carton with a heat pack + additional ventilation opening in the lid. The result is a water temperature of 22 degrees on arrival - that's how it should be!

Last week I ordered 2 beautiful frags, which should have been sent yesterday (Monday). Nothing happened at all... No shipping, no info money was sent back on Tuesday night. Why not just get it refunded immediately, the main thing is that money is wasted somewhere else for a week. An info why I didn't get my corals would also be nice….

I ordered corals from this seller on December 9.12.2018th, 12.12 and paid. Delivery should then be on December 26.12th. - now I took my day off for nothing, because nothing came. The Rhodactis is just great - extraordinary animal.

I have ordered different animals with a desired delivery date. The animals arrived around 9am but were extremely cold - 15°C. As a result, the chances of survival are very small. Some of the very small frags were out of the water because they were wrapped upside down in a foil bag. The package was wet inside. The very expensive anemone was tiny. The remaining frags are very expensive for the size, I hope they survive. Conclusion: people keep their hands off these orders here. It is better to buy your corals locally from breeders or small dealers. I can't explain why people save a few cents on heatpacks and cans.

I ordered a crispa and 2 cone cones, I was put off again and again for over 4 weeks, 4 delivery dates were agreed and none were kept. Coral addiction only reported after the animals should have arrived, never before, with misleading excuses! And when I finally canceled the order, I was then also criticized for not having behaved in an exemplary manner, just because coral addiction was not able to refund my money properly via CommunityCorals! Rude and misleading, the Lord would have told me I said right away that he couldn't deliver, then I wouldn't have had to wait 5 weeks for my money!

Received my first order from LipperNano today. The communication (delivery was made with GO Overnight without any increase in costs) and packaging were exemplary. I would particularly like to mention the great labeling of the coral containers and the information content of the invoice (coral pictures with names and import numbers of the mother stock). All animals are alive. 2 SPS broke off the stone, I fixed it myself with coral glue. 1 Montipora broken in the middle, part of it loose. 3-4 stones have detached from the styrofoam. Overall a good delivery, everything looks good at first glance good.Packaging OK, but not 100%.I will order here again.

I am lucky enough to be able to pick up the corals and animals on site. Everything was perfect. Always happy.

Bought 4 animals in December. All survived, despite one mistake, water was only 11°C. Super packed in itself (as in the video from the makers of the website), but with a very big mistake. Because the heat pack was inside the styrofoam box, which is relatively airtight. Because of this, the heatpack was dead cold because it doesn't work without air; The nice gentlemen even show how to do it right in the video here on the Community Corals main page. I'm still very satisfied because no animal died.

Everything fine, nice contact. The ordered Montipora did not survive the shipping despite good packaging, which can always happen. Mr. Hupfer then immediately promised me a subsequent delivery and sent me a new Montipora, I am satisfied and say thank you.

Packaging: Styrofoam box with heat pack. Soft corals packed in 2 bags, hard corals even in a box and bag. Perfect! State of the question: All corals look very healthy. I couldn't find any planarians or other pests either. The plugs and frag stones are absolutely "clean" hardly any algae and only a few small worm snails / snails. Only the Pocillopora damicornis fell off its plug, but can be quickly reattached with a drop of superglue (cyanoacrylate). Correspondence to the pictures (WYSIWYG): Nice size of the frag. Color even stronger than in the pictures! Conclusion: all great, gladly again! Thanks very much!

Corals arrived in cold water (17C°), although packaged sensibly. Colors completely gone but the polyps still came out. After contact was written “Transportstress”. Now, when the polyps are stretched out on the Montipora Sunset, the tissue at the edges is slowly dissolving and with the best water conditions there is no sign of the corals recovering. What was expected was healthy corals, but what I received were animals that had been damaged by transport.

Unfortunately, I have to complain that both frag fell off the plug and swam unsecured in the cup, so no full points, sorry.

Unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed. The blastomussa floated unsecured in the cup, you can see the skeleton and they don't open. The frag with the Johnny Pumkin is overgrown and none of the polyps are opening. The Amor of God were badly glued and disappeared into the reef. The Mean Green opened up immediately and are looking great.
